The Physiotherapists at this Centre are all registered Medicare Providers and therefore this Centre is able to participate in the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program for chronic conditions.
The person applying to their GP for this Service must fit the Medicare criteria for chronic conditions.
Requirements for this service are:
- An EPC referral form FOR Allied Health Professionals fully completed by your GP.
- A copy of the GP's care plan
There are only 5 Allied Health Professional services allowed per year.

- Post Mastectomy Care
- Lymphoedema Management
- Osteoporosis

As this service is for chronic conditions, to enable a longer term of beneficial treatment this Centre utilises the Concession Cards that are available.
For Medicare patients 1 Medicare visit = 1 Concession Card at a cost of $44.95 (rebate $44.95) which will allow 7 visits for supervised aquatic Physiotherapy classes.
This can be progressed to 1 Medicare visit = 1 Concession Card at a cost of $44.95 (rebate $44.95) for Unsupervised Hydrotherapy (half hour) for 10 visits.
